4 Casus-Belli US Must Avoid
Unfortunately, it is already too late. Joe Biden has already issued belligerent executive orders ever since 7 October. Now, it must be face saving time. Alas, there is also no one at home in Wash DC!
Do you believe Israelis are the current “sacrificial lambs” for Western Globalists? Like Ukranians have become since February 2022. If not, how do you explain the 4 casus-belli US must avoid, but it upped the ante, instead?
Two of them came as “executive orders” of the Biden Administration. The third came as deployment of the US Navy task forces in the Middle East. Altogether, it suddenly became “three strikes and out” for the Globalist Americans in Wash DC.
How so?
What if this deployment of naval task forces exploded in our face? Rising powers of the East no longer view Gun Boat Diplomacy of the West as a credible threat. On the contrary, they treat it as a sign of weakness.
WAR POWERS ACT OF 1973
“The War Powers Act (WPA) is a congressional resolution. WPA limits the U.S. president’s ability to initiate or escalate military actions abroad. It stipulates the president must notify Congress within 48 hours of military action.”
However, it also allows the president as commander in chief to be in charge of the armed forces for up to 60 days. In other words, a US president can start a war. For the evil minds in Wash DC, that may be enough to cause havoc in the world.
4 Casus-Belli US Must Avoid
Yet Biden Did Not
The Biden Administration made four “executive” decisions since 7 October 2023. Some adversaries take them at their face value, as casus-belli.
One is military in nature while two others are political moves. The last one involves “diplomacy”. However, it is no longer insidious, on the contrary: Belligerent!
Eastern Mediterranean Sea
The Pentagon has deployed two aircraft carriers and their supporting ships to the eastern Mediterranean Sea since the attacks on Israel. The ships are meant as a deterrent to ensure the conflict does not expand. But they bring a significant amount of power to a region.
The USS Gerald R. Ford (CVN 78) Carrier Strike Group (CSG 12) and the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69) Carrier Strike Group (CSG 2) recently trained together. They were joined by USS Mount Whitney (LCC 20). It is the U.S. Sixth Fleet Command & Control ship.
The rising powers of the East view these deployments as casus-belli.
Biden’s Executive Orders
Meanwhile, two days ago, on 3 November, President Biden reportedly signed two “executive orders”. One was a statement about northern Syria and Iraq: How the area is important to the “national security” of the United States of America.
The other “order” was also similar in nature, endorsing a commitment to a “militia”. The US considers it legitimate even though it operates illegally in another sovereign country. It is considered “rogue” by the US adversaries.
Some US adversaries viewed both of these executive orders as “casus-belli”, as well.
Diplomatic Faux-Pas
The last of the four casus-belli comes as a diplomatic faux-pas. In diplomatic lingo, it is a grave matter but it is short of a formal note.
This involves absence of direct communication with a friend or foe. With this US behavior, diplomatic rhetoric has no place to go but toxic.
In short, the US left adversaries with no choice since 7 October but to respond in kind. One hopes that the diplomatic faux-pas by the US remains limited at that.

What Is Next?
Yet now, the US has to wait for reactions. Naturally, they may also be military in nature. Even though no one can predict the scale, “proxy militia” in the region is sure to become the “Fall Guy”.
I recently posted “American Inferno Began on 10/23”. I mentioned about a 24 hour warning period against Israel. Reportedly, it came to a bloody end exactly at the deadline. No official comment on who got the billing though!
Ever since, a new 72 hour-long warning period began. By now, it should be halfway through. No one knows how it will end or if what will come out of it will also be ignored by the public in the West as “insignificant”.

Adversaries
They are not only Russia or China. There are others that are against the US naval deployments in the region. However, they will all avoid direct confrontation.
Meanwhile, diplomatic moves and political statements will have a life of their own. All the while, the Sixth Fleet will be in danger in this semi-closed sea.
Military personnel on the ground will also become vulnerable targets. They are scattered in the nearly two dozen bases in the region.
Remember, how the US could not protect a single base in Lebanon or Somalia or Libya in the past! Never mind now, watching out for two dozen of them.
Gerald R. Ford Carrier Strike Group
At this time, please check where exactly the Gerald R. Ford Carrier Strike Group is stationed at sea?
Then pose the question: Why is it deployed to the exact coordinates in the eastern Mediterranean Sea? That area is a Casus-Belli-Red Line (CBRL) for the adversaries.
Having said that, no one should expect any conventional warfare. Nowadays, navies challenge one another with electronic warfare.
What happened to the most modern and sophisticated French frigate is a case in point. It tried to challenge another CBRL near Crete and it went dead in the water.
Northern Syria and Iraq
The inferno for the US in the Middle East already began on 10 November 2023. Does the US plan to provide cover to the land bases with the Sixth Fleet?
That was a viable strategy when the US had hegemony in the Middle East. Nowadays, the US has no formidable assets on the ground. It relies on a ragtag militia.
Plus, who guarantees that the members of this militia will not one day turn against the US? What will happen to the handful of US personnel in their company?
