US-Neocons: Turkish Catastrophe
1980 was the Turning Point when MIT came to life the Second Time. Turkiye decided to put an end to the "dirty deeds" of "Neocons": No country with dignity can accept, but also not to reciprocate.
US-Neocons achieved great heights in the 20th century in the Middle East. It lasted from 1960 to 1980. Since then, every US-Neocon attempt failed. The more ambitious the ill-conceived plans were, the bigger the setbacks, but also the costs for the US. For the unsuspecting “Johnny-Come-Lately” US-Neocons: Turkish catastrophe was a sure thing. Unfortunately, they never had the capacity to understand the history of Turks.
MIT
The National Intelligence Organization of the modern Republic of Turkiye began the journey in 1913. That was ten years before the “Republic” was actually pronounced.
Enver Pasha named it Teskilat-i Mahsusa. It carried out military and paramilitary operations during WWI. The organization was dissolved in 1918 by foreign powers.
In 1926, it was reestablished and operated until 1965 under the initials MAH. That date also coincides with when the US began “close” relationship with Turkiye.
Since 1965, MAH has operated under the initials MIT in alliance with the US. In 1984, MIT decided to go through another reformation, however it kept the same name.
US-Neocons: Turkish Catastrophe
Beginning Date: 1984
How coincidental is it that MIT would have two “reformations” and the US-Neocons would not know notice the difference between them until it is too late!
One was in 1965, five years after the first coup d’etat of 1960 in Turkiye. That is when the first US-Neocon meddling into Turkish domestic affairs took place.
The other was in 1984, coming four years after the 1980 coup d’etat. That is when Turks had enough with the US-Neocon interference in their domestic affairs.
So then, is it clear why the US-Neocons were successful in the region until 1984? Is it also clear why the US-Neocons began losing grip in the Middle East ever since?
The “gang that couldn't shoot straight” since 1992 never understood this. The Turks had long become the “New Sheriff in Town” in the region with the coup in 1980.
Glory
Neoconservatism in America began around 1965. The Turkish coup d’etat of the 1960 was the linchpin. The prior US coup attempt in Iran in 1953 was a catastrophic failure.
Two more coup d’etats in Turkiye delivered the glory for these US-Neocons in the region. The 1973 coup in Turkiye simply solidified their standing in the region.
Ironically, their third, 1980 coup, also marked the end of their run. They came home bragging: “Our boys did it!” Their naivety, from there on, will precede them forever.
Tragedy
A decade later when the “Globalist-US-Neocons” mushroomed in the 1990s, the stupidity was second to none. Globalists and Israelis were now in the minefield.
They proceed for the next two decades without knowing what they were stepping into. The disintegration of the Soviet Union was in fact a Carte Blanche for Turks.
For example, MIT, for the first time, ventured beyond borders in Azerbaijan. The “Johnny-Come-Lately” neocons and regional cohorts were surprised but didn’t get it.
Turks were next to take the challenge into northern Iraq and Syria. After that, they went to the Gulf, Libya, and Nagorno-Karabakh. “Mavi Vatan” also materialized.

History Lesson to the “Johnny Come Lately”
There are two facts to know about Turks.
One, they have been holding both gates of the Western Civilization for the past 550 years. They took control of the first gate in Manzikert 950 years ago.
Those gates are like revolving doors. They are also gateways for Western powers to reach to the East. In other words, without Turkiye they have to go around Cape Town.
Two, Turks, historically, retreat for strategic reasons. Their interregnum may be a tactical shift in the battlefield, but it may also last a century like it just ended in 2023.
If these Globalist-US-Neocons or their Israeli cohorts had the wherewithal, they would have avoided the minefield, long set in stone as years 2023, 2053, and 2071.
GameChanger
In that context, 1980 became their second turning point during interregnum. The first began in 1919. Ataturk set sail to Samsun to start the War of Liberation.
In that regard, Turks consolidated their power in the first sixty one years inside the modern Turkiye. The second sixty began in 1984 to implement Misak-i Milli.
I authored GameChanger, published in the US and Australia in 2020. I basically explained this historical and political journey of Turks that “MIT” is now pursuing.
In other words, MIT continues the work that began with Enver Pasha’s Teskilat-i Mahsusa beyond Turkiye proper. It began in 1984 with the 2nd reformation of MIT.
Advice to the “Johnny Come Lately”
The 1980 coup d’etat was fatalistic, but not to Turkiye. That marked the beginning of the end of the US hegemony in much of the world.
