The Rising Star of Azerbaijan
Good for Israel, Europe, Central Asia, and Africa
There is at least a dozen country from each continent. They will not only vouch for Azerbaijan but also praise it. They will do it for the right reasons. If they can be true to themselves, of course: Especially those in Europe and North America. The Rising star of Azerbaijan earned this ovation with deeds, so far. On that note, Armenia too should have nothing to complain about, at this stage!
GOD’S WILL
There is a saying: “Something good comes out of every evil thing.” It may not be a mot-a-mot translation but just about right, to put into context.
Armenia, with the support of France, the US, and the Russian Federation attacked Azerbaijan three decades ago. Many innocent people were massacred.
Thirty years later there was another war. Azerbaijan returned the favor. It took back what was taken from it by force and justice was served.
The result is halfway good. So far! Simply put, the prospect for a prosperous Armenia may finally be there.
Past 31 years did not bring anything good to Armenia despite invading Azerbaijan. Meanwhile, Azerbaijan became one of the most prosperous.

Here are four examples of how Azerbaijan is vitally important to many countries in three continents, now!
Good for Israel
Israel is able to sell to Azerbaijan military platforms. Azerbaijan is part of the Organization of Islamic Countries. Apart from Turkiye, Azerbaijan is another Turkic country that has good relations with Muslim-isolated Israel.
Israel cherishes this relationship for more than economic reasons. Stronger Azerbaijan brings balance of power against the regime in Iran. Together with Azerbaijan they have a common adversary.
Essential for Central Asian Republics
Azerbaijan sits half and half on the Asia and Europe border. It is an alternative route for Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan. They tranship their vast natural resources westward. Alternate routes go through Russia and Iran, respectively.
Azerbaijan is also the main and shortest route for China’s “Belt and Road Initiative” which passes through Turkiye to reach Europe. The newly built railroad Baku-Tiflis-Kars corridor is one. The other will pass through Zengezur, over Armenia.
Provides Hope for Europe
In light of what transpired in Europe since February 2022, Azerbaijan became a life saver. Azerbaijan has a pipeline supplying natural resources to Turkiye.
The expansion of that pipeline will bring much needed energy supply to Europe. It will not fill the vacuum left behind when the Russian supply was cut off.
However, it will provide a substantial and reliable amount Europe desperately needs. This is an Azerbaijani favor to Europe. Azeris have plenty of other clients otherwise.
What About the Francophone Africans!
Azerbaijan convened a conference like no other on 6 July 2023 in Baku. All 14 French “colonoies” joined. Yes, France has “colonies” in this age. No other country among the 191 showed any guts to do what Azeris did for these suffering Africans to date!
Simply put, Azerbaijan confronted nuclear France just to address a centuries long wrong. Considering Azerbaijan was only three decades earlier invaded by Armenia, a proxy of France, makes the action even more significant.
