Russia-China-Türkiye & The 47th
The Biden Administration helped Russia-China-Turkiye come together and create a unified block. Now, the Trump Administration must decide how to entangle this mess.
The 45th President of the US had a simple strategy. He was working with Russia and confronting China. He was threatening Türkiye in 2017 and 2018. In 2019 and 2020, he was the best friend of the Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan. Now, in 2025, united Russia-China-Türkiye & the 47th President of the US will begin afresh.
However, before that, it is important to revisit two things. One, where did the 45th leave it off in 2020? How did the 46th mess it up so miserably and what could the 47th do to fix it?
Russia-China-Türkiye & The 47th
Beginning Afresh
In the waning days of 2024, Russia, China, and Türkiye are in bed, together.
For some, it may be that “international” politics also makes strange bedfellows.
Yet, there is also the fact that the 46th President of the US remained the odd man out in the world. Fiascos at the G-7 and NATO Summits were the main reasons.
Mending Bridges
The 47th President will revisit Russia, China, and Türkiye. He will hear from them loud and clear. Afterwards, he will open a new page with each one of them.
Healing the wounds the Biden Administration opened will take time. Trump will start with a big deficit with each one of them from where he left off in 2020.
Ending Wars
President Donald Trump knows how Joe Biden unified Russia, China, and Türkiye. The main reasons are the Russia-Ukraine and the Israeli Palestinian wars.
The Biden Administration supported the war efforts, by taking sides. China and Türkiye employed a balanced approach, seeking conflict resolution all throughout.
In the process, Russia, China, and Türkiye exchanged extensive information, technology, and resources. In the end, they had no choice but to ignore Joe Biden.

Reality Check
There has been no US leadership in the world since January 2021. Meanwhile, it was a precious opportunity for Russia, China, and Türkiye to fill the vacuum.
Four years later in 2025, the East no longer needs to worry about Western sanctions. They are self-sufficient together but also united to fend off threats.
However, it is also important to note. The 47th is not the 46th. So, it is worth asking if Trump is like a professor returning from sabbatical or a “New Sherrif in Town”?
For that, one must understand the realities at hand. Thus, revisiting briefly what transpired in the first quarter of the 21st century will shed light before going forward.
First Quarter of the 21st Century
China, for example, declared independence from the Western yoke in the early years of the 21st century. Türkiye, simultaneously, began distancing from the Western allies and began rapprochement with the rapidly rising powers of the East.
Then, China provided missile technology to Türkiye. As a result, today, Türkiye has indigenously developed, and mass produced, defensive and offensive missiles. Nearly 50 countries are within range. Plus, there is an impenetrable Turkish “Steel Dome”.
Russia too provided missile technology to Türkiye. It delivered the famous S400 defensive missile batteries. Russia also invested to turn Türkiye into an energy hub. Türkiye now not only transships Russia’s natural resources but also stores them.
However, that is not all. Russia also financed and built the first nuclear power plant in Türkiye. During the construction when Germany refused to ship critical parts, China stepped in with replacement parts. Their union summarizes the picture for the 47th.
Second Quarter of the 21st Century
The question now is not how the Russia-China-Turkiye will cooperate in the second quarter of the century. First of all, Turkish trade with Russia and China will double. After that, Russia and China would like to see Türkiye join BRICS.
In the 20th century, the US economy made up more than 40 percent of the global GDP. Together with the European Union economy, the West controlled 75 percent of the global economy. Currently, their control fell to 25 percent: It is same as BRICS.
The challenge for the US and the 47th President is where to go next. In light of what transpired in the past four years with the Biden Administration, there is a lot of ground to cover. Surely, President Trump must be at the helm to make it work.
When he was the 45th President, Trump made America great again, until Covid-19 stroked. This time it will not be difficult to repeat the same feat because he will avoid Globalists. Unlike last time, Republicans will have the majority in the Senate.

Biden Should Have Collaborate Like Trump Did
I wrote about the Russia-China-Turkiye factor in my book “Game Changer Trump Card: Erdogan and Türkiye”. It was published simultaneously both in the US and Australia. I argued that the US will not remain the sole superpower of the world for more than a decade if it does not collaborate with Türkiye.
Let’s make it much clearer to understand! I did not argue that the US must collaborate with Russia and China. I only pointed at Türkiye. The other thing to notice I did not suggest that the US must declare Russia and China enemies either.
Four years later, what I predicted then seems to hold water. The US did not collaborate with Türkiye during the Biden Administration. For that reason, Türkiye worked closely with Russia, instead. China also saw the light and joined Türkiye.
Türkiye Joined Russia & China with Biden in Power
Türkiye made great economic and military strides, having exploited the ineptitude of the Biden Administration. Nowadays, it is on the brink of joining BRICS. That would mean Türkiye will collaborate even more with both Russia & China.
Türkiye in the past four years solidified its relationship with China. They set a 100-billion-dollar trade volume target between two countries. Ironically, Türkiye set a similar target with Russia when Barack Obama was president.
Türkiye Stayed Away from China with Trump in Power
Four years ago, no one was talking about BRICS membership for Türkiye. Instead, President Erdogan and President Trump were in agreement to increase the US-Türkiye trade volume like Türkiye did with Russia.
Four years ago, Türkiye and the US were also cooperating in Syria. The US was going to make a dignified exit. Four years later, Trump has to deal with the Biden mess in the Middle East. Otherwise today, he would have been manhandling Russia & China.

Prospects
In his second term, President Trump will be busy cleaning Joe Biden’s mess. Unfortunately, he will have to deal with Russia and China from the point of weakness. Russia & China having increased their relationships with Türkiye will have the upper hand against the US. Trump will have to come with bigger incentives to lure Türkiye away from them.
On the other hand, Türkiye will not be willing to change direction as much as the US would like. Unfortunately, Türkiye will no longer trust the possibility of yet another Globalist coming to power after Trump. Summarily, Joe Biden not collaborating with Türkiye for the past four years brought calamity. The US no longer has the same Türkiye that it came to know since it was founded in 1923.
