On 22 June, there was a Paris Air Show Nightmare. Turks unveiled there, yet another major military platform, among other things. A month later, at the IDEF 23 in Turkiye, they are sure to double down, especially on 26 July. Paris to Istanbul Journey has long become a horror show for the West. This year is no different however the magnitude of bad news is also growing exponentially with each show.

A CONSTANTLY RECURRING HORROR SHOW

In simple terms, the Turkish Defense Industry became a menace to the Western manufacturers in the past decade. IDEF is also keeping pace and becoming more and more the fair where Turks display their new inventions.

Add to that, the fact that they turn up better priced, higher quality, and with one of a kind superior technologies. As a result, they quickly become popular, sell better than their competitors, and hurt pocket books in the West.

Paris to Istanbul Journey In 2023

In the last Paris Air Show, Turks demonstrated how they will take over aircraft business from the West. In this year’s show they did it to the helicopters. In IDEF 23 they plan to do it to land vehicles and air defense systems.

FNSS, Alpar, CanikM3, Retinar, Derman, Gokdemir, Gokberk, Goksur will now become familiar vocabularies. Much like numerous drones, missiles, electronic warfare systems, radars etched their names in the past fairs.

Why No Mention of IDEF 23 on World Wide Web?
