Turkish KAAN To Replace American Fifth Generation Fighter

America decided to build a fifth generation aircraft. It took a little long, like 20 years. F-35 finally was ready to go into service. Right there and then, the US Senate came up with the “mother of all blunders”. These smart Alecs put a fatalistic blow to their own baby, the wonder aircraft of our times. Now the matter is turned over to the Crazy Turks: Killing the F-35 should be completed within a few years.

Call it inadvertent or consequence of their ill advised actions, but at this stage none of it matters. What matters is why voters in America are not questioning them? The loss of high paying jobs is hundreds of billions of dollars. It was a trillion dollar project. The positive ripple effect was going to be incalculable. Such an epic failure is sure to come back and hunt this great republic in the coming decades. We know where all the culprits are.

President Trump making the case how not to put Apples and Oranges in the same basket. Was he right? Of course, he was. He tried hard to keep the trillion dollar F-35 project from going bust. The US Senate ignored him and passed CAATSA 231 against Turkiye. As a result, here we are, crazy Turks have their own F-35. All the while, they also kept their Russian S-400. On top, we don’t have a viable and soon to go altogether bust F-35. Meanwhile, look where the 45th president is and how the US Senators are enjoying the limelight as if they have done great for America.

But, why exactly are we not holding them responsible?
