There is that well known saying “all roads lead to Rome”. It has always been true, however, not to Rome in Italy, but to Rome in Turkiye.
In the Middle Ages, Istanbul was Constantinople before the Ottoman Turks conquered it from the Byzantine Empire.
After the Roman Empire split into two, the capital of the empire in the East became the New Rome, namely Constantinople then, and Istanbul afterwards.
As to what made “all roads lead to Rome” then and now? Then, the Roman Empire had a system of roads, and all major roads led to the capital.
Lately, Turkiye built two massive airports to bring everything to modernity. However, that is not the only reason why it would remain forever the center of the world.
FOREVER-CENTER OF THE WORLD
FROM 33O TO 1923 & 2023
In the forever-center of the world, today there are airports but also faith and humanity in play. In the past, roads brought wealth and humans.
Faith did not replace wealth. Airports did not replace roads either. Rather both increased the volume of humans and humanity in the forever-center of the world.
They then made it “Perfect Storm” to make life better on Planet Earth. Now, the same is true. Somehow, time passes but all stays the same in the forever-center of the world.
As a result, Istanbul today continues to be the city that is forever the center of the world. Much like, it has been as a Roman, Byzantium, or Ottoman from 330 to 1923.
Romans kept it as the capital of the empire for 200 years. Byzanthium held the city the longest for a 1000 years. Turks will celebrate their 600th year anniversary in 30 years.
All Roads Lead To Rome
Energy & Food Supply Coupled With Humanity
Humanity on Planet Earth will increase by two billion people, mainly in Asia and Africa, in the next 30 years. Millions will migrate West via “Rome” aka Istanbul.
“Tired, poor, and huddled masses” will walk through “landbridge Turkiye” to the Western Europe. The two airports will also contribute, but comparatively less.
However, energy and food supply will go through Bosphorus and Dardanelles waterways and already built world’s top-ten or so bridges (5) and tunnels (2).
The world’s biggest airport in Istanbul with 200 million per year capacity and its major hub Tarsus-Cukurova with 30 million will anchor the “system of roads.”
Connecting Europe with Asia and Africa
The main and the most efficient and fastest route of the “Belt and Road Initiative” is already operational with the “system of roads” in Istanbul.
Simultaneously, Turkiye also plays the role of “land bridge”, “gate keeper”, and “pressure valve” for migrating humanity from East to West in Istanbul.
All Roads Lead To Rome
Emancipation of Asians and Africans
At the turn of the Millennia when David Rockeffeller celebrated his 100 year birthday, the world population was little over 5 billion people.
About one billion had all the security in the world, while the remaining most lived like slaves with meager food, energy, and security availability.
Since 2002, however, Istanbul, Turkiye, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, and the two airports have basically set the stone for a new beginning.
In the rest of the 21st century, about seven billion of the “tired, poor, and huddled masses” will strive to become well off like the rest of one billion or so.
All roads that lead to Rome, rather Istanbul, will ensure it through diplomatic and military means of Turkiye and the Erdogan regime in power, as a start.
Diplomatically
Under the rising powers of the East, with the likes of China, India, Indonesia, Turkiye Nigeria, for example, in the lead, many countries will get away from the Western yoke.
Militarily
The emancipation of the rising East against the Western yoke will also have military means to be put in effect. All roads leading to Rome, rather Istanbul, will ensure it!
Significance of Two Airports
Nearly a quarter of a billion people capacity of these two airports in Turkiye goes beyond symbolism. The important facts are that they are built sophisticatedly fast.
They are there to serve human and cargo traffic well for most major airlines and destinations in the world. As a result, they are to ensure diplomatic, economic, military, and spiritual securities.
Significance of Turkiye and Erdogan
As I highlighted in the “GameChanger” published in 2020, Turkiye and Erdogan are the “Power of Two". They provide technological superiority and spiritual leadership.
Northern half of Africa and a sizable portion of Asia consist of Muslim majority. Soon with 35%, it will be the bigger community than Christianity with 34% in the world.
The saying “all roads lead to Rome” will as a result gain more importance. Equal number from two major cultures, together with the rest will have access to the same.
In short, Istanbul and the region it represents will remain forever the center of the world. Claiming what has been true since 330 in the New World Order would be the feat for everyone to cherish.
